Policies

All the pieces of Madriguera workshop are made by hand. In the description of each product are the measures and images that provide guidance to the customer about the product. The process can not accurately reproduce each so we recommend you take your measurements for orientation.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via Stripe. This method is safe and easy to use.

Every purchase is shipped as registered mail. The parcels will be ship within a few days after the payment and you will receive them at home in 3 – 8 days (Spain or Europe ) and 7 to 15 days for other destinations.
We can not assure you an exact delivery date, it depends on customs as well as the postal service in each country but you will be given a tracking number, so that, you can follow you package.
Please note that no responsibility is taken for items once they are posted. If you would like to purchase extra insurance or tracking, please convo me.
You will receive notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
We is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Madriguera workshop will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.

International shipping:
International orders are shipped via Postal Mail and insured for full value. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information.


Returns and exchanges: We do hope that your are happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately.

Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items :) There may be a slight variation in color , texture and finish and is not to be considered a defect.

We accept the returns/exchanges of the product in a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the package. It is important that the product retains its original , in good condition, unused and in the packaging with which it was received.

To complete your returns or exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Madriguera workshop is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise in transit to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to our study.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.

If you receive your package damaged due to shipping , please contact us. We’ll diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or refund (your choice).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
